Hey I've just come across your post on /r/unity3d and really excited to get involved with this community and learn stuff together.
I've been a professional web developer for 5 years now, so pretty handy with javascript. But I'm also familiar with concepts like OO programing and the like.
I've been teaching/familiarizing myself with unity3d and C# for a little bit now and now hoping to start putting some of these skills into use =D

Welcome! I'm currently self-teaching myself web dev and it's a lot of fun but nowhere near as fun as games programming I'd say!

Yea, one of the biggest draws for me for web dev is that standards are always changing so there is alway new stuff to learn. I can see that being a big con to it though..... really excited to get working on something with you guys.
